Every bracelet is thoughtfully designed, handcrafted and made with carefully selected natural crystals. As a small independent brand, each order is prepared with great care, which is why our exchange and return policy may differ from larger retailers.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your piece isn't quite what you expected, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order. Wherever possible, we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Returned in their original packaging
- In their original condition
Natural Gemstones
Every natural crystal is unique.
Variations in colour, inclusions and patterns are natural characteristics of genuine gemstones and are not considered faults. These details are part of what makes every Mirage Garden piece one of one.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We'll review the situation and work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.
