Are your gemstones natural?
We use natural gemstones in our crystal jewellery unless otherwise stated in the individual product description.
As natural gemstones are formed by nature, variations in colour, clarity, inclusions and patterns are expected. These characteristics are part of what makes every piece unique.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Natural gemstones are never completely identical.
Slight variations in colour, inclusions and patterns may occur from piece to piece. We carefully select our gemstones to maintain the overall character and quality of each design while celebrating their natural individuality.
For one-of-one pieces, the product photographs show the actual piece you will receive.
Are your product photos AI-generated?
No. Our product photographs feature real Mirage Garden pieces and are not AI-generated.
What materials do you use?
Materials vary between designs and are listed on each product page under Product Details.
Our collections may feature natural gemstones, S925 sterling silver, natural sandalwood and other carefully selected materials.
Sizing
How do I choose my bracelet size?
Measure your wrist closely using a soft measuring tape or a piece of string, without adding extra length.
Please refer to the measurements listed on each product page before ordering, as sizing may vary between designs.
Can I request a custom bracelet size?
Custom sizing is available for selected bracelet designs.
If custom sizing is available for your chosen piece, please leave your wrist measurement in the order notes before checkout.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and circumstances outside our control.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on the applicable shipping option.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout. Available destinations may vary.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my jewellery?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the situation and help you with the next steps.
Are natural inclusions considered defects?
No. Natural inclusions, slight colour differences and variations in pattern are inherent characteristics of natural gemstones and are not generally considered defects.
However, if you believe your item has been damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to review it.

What does “Shop by Intention” mean?
Shop by Intention is a way to explore jewellery through the personal meanings and symbolism traditionally associated with different gemstones.
At Mirage Garden, our intentions include Calm, Love, Joy, Protection, Balance, Creativity, Growth and Abundance.
These meanings are inspired by traditional crystal practices and personal interpretation rather than scientifically proven properties.
Do crystals have healing properties?
Crystal meanings and healing properties are rooted in cultural traditions, spiritual practices and personal beliefs. They have not been scientifically established as medical treatments.
We see these meanings as a way to bring personal symbolism to jewellery—not as a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
You are always welcome to choose a gemstone simply because you love its natural beauty.
